Waterberg is a shallow, decline-accessible bulk underground PGE and base-metal project planned as a fully mechanized long-hole stoping mine with paste backfill and an MF-2 flotation concentrator. The 2024 DFS models 4.8 million tonnes per year and a 54-year reserve life; current work is evaluating a smaller staged T-Zone start before any construction decision.
