Gold Shear is a wholly owned, road-accessible property southwest of Cranbrook hosting the David Gold Zone. PJX drilling confirmed narrow high-grade gold mineralization from surface to approximately 100 metres down dip and extended it along strike; PJX states that the only published estimate is historical and that no more recent estimate is known. The property is subject to net-smelter-return royalties, including a 0.5% royalty held by Osisko.
