Fleur de Lys is a wholly owned, district-scale exploration project on the Baie Verte Peninsula of northwestern Newfoundland. The March 2026 MD&A describes 544 claims covering 13,600 hectares assembled by staking and option agreements between 2021 and 2026. The Duffitt and Squires-McGuire options were fully exercised in June 2024. The property remains early-stage and has no compliant mineral resource, economic study or production plan.
