Pilbara Gold Limited, formerly Kairos Minerals Limited and ASX:KAI, is a Western Australian gold developer now trading as ASX:PGL. Its wholly owned flagship Mt York Gold Project contains a current 2.082-million-ounce JORC 2012 resource and is undergoing a pre-feasibility study supported by more than 50,000 metres of 2026 drilling. The company is also drilling the wholly owned Roe Hills Gold Project toward a potential maiden resource and holds a portfolio of Pilbara exploration projects. A completed sale of non-core Mt York ground to Pilbara Minerals generated A$20 million cash and left Pilbara Gold with a perpetual 2% gross-revenue royalty over mining lease M45/1307.
