Piedmont Lithium was a U.S.-based lithium supplier and developer with a 25% interest in the producing North American Lithium mine and Authier project in Quebec, a wholly owned Carolina integrated development, and earn-in interests in Ghana and Newfoundland. Its all-stock merger with Sayona Mining completed on August 29, 2025; PLL shares were converted into ELVR ADSs and delisted, leaving Piedmont as a wholly owned subsidiary of Elevra Lithium.
