Voyageur covers over 690 km² in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, approximately 65 km west of the Eagle nickel mine. Perseverance can earn 100% by completing C$2 million of exploration expenditures by 15 November 2026; deferred vendor consideration totalling C$2.5 million is payable upon completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment. The approximately 2,000-metre maiden drill program is testing up to four targets. At Osprey, three of four holes intersected a near-surface mafic-ultramafic intrusion up to 50 metres thick; basal coarse-grained peridotite locally contains 3–8% magmatic sulphides. Nickel and copper indications are qualitative to semi-quantitative pXRF screening only; laboratory assays, geochemistry and petrography are pending, and visual mineralisation does not establish economic grade or a Mineral Resource.
