The SITLA OBA Lands comprise approximately 640 acres in Emery County covered by a five-year Other Business Arrangement executed January 23, 2026. Pegasus's U.S. subsidiary received exclusive exploration rights and an option to convert all or part of the lands to a mineral lease after annual rental payments and staged geophysical, permitting, drilling and technical work. The arrangement conveys exploration and lease-option rights rather than present mineral ownership.
