Pegasus Resources Inc. was a Canadian-listed uranium explorer focused on the Energy Sands and Jupiter properties and a separate 640-acre Utah exploration arrangement. Manhattan Uranium Discovery Corp. acquired all Pegasus shares on May 7, 2026, and PEGA was subsequently delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange; the former Pegasus Utah holdings now form part of Manhattan's expanded I-70 project.
