The Ngualla Rare Earths Project is held by Mamba Minerals Corporation Limited, owned 84% by Peak and 16% by the Government of Tanzania as a free-carried interest. Its enlarged 51 square kilometre Special Mining Licence covers a planned open-pit mine and flotation plant producing a high-grade rare earth concentrate.
