Peak Rare Earths Limited was an ASX-listed rare earth developer whose 84%-owned Ngualla Rare Earths Project in Tanzania is held by Mamba Minerals Corporation Limited. Shenghe Resources (Singapore) Pte Ltd acquired all remaining Peak shares under a cash scheme implemented on 30 September 2025, and ASX then removed Peak from the official list.
