Pendleton Lake is a 415-hectare early-stage uranium project on the southeastern lip of the Athabasca Basin. Patterson acquired the corporate holder of an earn-in right in March 2025; the right requires C$500,000 of expenditures within five years, including C$100,000 in the first two years, and remains subject to a 1% net-smelter-return royalty. Historical boulder grades are non-current exploration indicators, and no compliant resource has been declared.
