Pasofino Gold Limited was a Canadian-listed gold developer whose principal asset is the Dugbe Gold Project in southern Liberia. Mansa Resources acquired the shares it did not already own on April 21, 2026, after which Pasofino's TSX Venture Exchange shares were delisted. Dugbe has a 2022 feasibility study, a 14-year open-pit plan and a Government of Liberia 10% carried interest.
