Kalaka is an 85 percent-owned exploration project in southern Mali between Morila and Syama; Golden Spear Mali SARL holds the remaining 15 percent under a carried-interest arrangement. The annual report states that the K1A JORC 2012 Inferred Mineral Resource was updated as of 31 December 2025 following an Independent Desktop Review and 2025 metallurgical testwork, with no material change to the 27 January 2025 overall results: 49.9 million tonnes at 0.50 g/t gold for 803,000 ounces. The resource uses a 0.3 g/t gold cutoff, is not constrained within an economic pit shell, and the rounded figures may not add exactly. November 2025 testwork returned approximately 93.4 percent average CIL recovery and 76.3 percent column-leach recovery; no completed economic study is reported.
