Cascades, formerly Labola, comprises the Wuo Land and Wuo Land 2 exploration areas in southwest Burkina Faso. Panthera holds a carried 20 percent interest through Moydow while DFR Gold holds or earns 80 percent by investing up to US$18 million by 30 September 2026; Panthera has the right, without an obligation, to increase its interest to 30 percent for up to US$7.2 million following the earlier of DFR spending US$18 million or 30 September 2026. The amended NI 43-101 resource contains 264,000 indicated and 371,000 inferred ounces. Feasibility work targets an initial five-year plan producing 20,000 to 30,000 ounces annually, but these are forward targets rather than reserves or study economics.
