Panoro sold control of Antilla Copper in 2021 and retained a diluted equity investment plus royalty interests. At March 31, 2026 its investment was approximately 5.17%; in August 2026 TABB paid US$2 million to acquire a 1% NSR, leaving Panoro with its remaining project exposure and contingent consideration rights.
