Pangolin Diamonds Corp. is a Canadian diamond explorer whose subsidiaries held prospecting licences in Botswana and pursued kimberlite targets across the Malatswae, Motloutse and Kweneng areas. Its actual Canadian listing traded as PAN and then PAN.H, remained suspended after a November 2024 cease-trade order and was delisted from NEX in December 2025. The last substantiated licence terms expired by June 2026, with no later renewal disclosure found.
