Palamina Corp. is a Canadian mineral explorer with six gold projects in Peru's Puno Orogenic Gold Belt and seven silver-copper projects held through its wholly owned Colt Silver subsidiary. Palamina is pursuing a conditional arrangement to distribute Colt Silver to shareholders and separately list it while retaining the gold portfolio.
