Blackall comprises exploration permits EPC1719 and EPC1993 in central-western Queensland. The project hosts the large Inverness thermal-coal resource, and Pacific is evaluating alternative uses including coal-to-liquids concepts and the tenure's rare-earth-element prospectivity.
