Babine comprises three claims covering 2,226 hectares in the Babine Porphyry Belt near the former Granisle and Bell mines. A December 2025 amendment replaced the prior five-claim arrangement after two claims were forfeited; Pacific Imperial can earn 100% through staged shares, cash and exploration expenditure by the end of 2029, subject to exchange approval and a private-owner NSR.
