Gabbs is a 100%-owned gold-copper development project in the Fairplay Mining District of Nye County, Nevada. It contains the Sullivan, Lucky Strike and Gold Ledge porphyry zones and the Car Body epithermal zone. The 2025 PEA evaluates conventional open-pit mining with oxide heap leaching followed by a sulphide mill incorporating flotation, cyanide leaching, SART and gold recovery. Feasibility engineering is using a nominal 12 Mtpa configuration, including 14 Mtpa heap-leach throughput in years one and two and a 7 Mtpa mill operating alongside heap leaching from year three. The property is subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty held by Franco-Nevada that P2 may repurchase for an aggregate US$6.5 million.
