Orion covers one granted and three applied-for investigation permits across 232 km2 in southern Spain. The granted Orion permit hosts laterally extensive, sub-horizontal heavy-mineral quartzite seams enriched in titanium minerals, zircon-hafnium and monazite rare earths. Osmond owns 80% of Iberian Critical Minerals, which owns Omnis Mineria; Omnis currently owns 75.5% of permit holder Green Mineral Resources, giving Osmond a 60.4% effective interest before the Scoping Study step-up.
