Urgakh Naran is a more than 29,000-hectare lithium-brine exploration licence in Mongolia's Dornogovi Province. Earlier work included transient electromagnetic surveys, three lithological core holes and three hydrogeological wells, but no compliant mineral resource has been published. SureFQ withdrew from a planned joint venture in February 2026, restoring full control to Osiris. In July 2026 Osiris signed a conditional agreement to sell the project-owning subsidiary for US$200,000 net of liabilities; ownership remains recorded until closing is announced.
