Orogen holds a 2% NSR over the southern portion of Kodiak Copper's MPD copper-gold porphyry project. The full MPD project has an initial NI 43-101 Mineral Resource effective December 9, 2025; only part of that inventory lies within Orogen's royalty footprint.
