Orogen holds a cash-flowing 2% NSR over the partner-operated Ermitaño mine, the Navidad and Winter deposits and a surrounding 167-square-kilometre area of interest at First Majestic's Santa Elena complex. Current operator reserves and resources are effective December 31, 2025.
