South Railroad is Orla's 100%-owned, board-approved open-pit heap-leach development within the South Carlin Complex in Elko County, Nevada. The feasibility construction footprint comprises four conventional surface pits at Dark Star and Pinion feeding a shared facility that combines run-of-mine and two-stage crushed heap-leach processing, followed by ADR recovery and refining. The wider September 30, 2025 resource inventory includes oxide and sulphide mineralization at Dark Star, Pinion, Jasperoid Wash, North Bullion and Pony Creek, while the current reserve and ten-year mine plan are confined to oxide material at Dark Star and Pinion. First gold production is targeted for 2028.
