Camino Rojo is a 100%-owned operation comprising the producing open-pit oxide heap-leach mine and a separately evaluated underground sulphide development opportunity. The depleted year-end 2025 oxide reserve contains 31.714 Mt grading 0.74 g/t gold and 15.0 g/t silver. The current open-pit schedule extends through 2030. A 2026 PEA evaluates a standalone 8,000 tpd underground mine with crushing, grinding and selective flotation producing gold, zinc and pyrite concentrates; this development case is independent of the active oxide operation.
