Muratdere comprises three licences over a copper-gold granodiorite-porphyry system in Bilecik Province. Lodos earned 100% ownership after completing a feasibility study, while Oriole retains a 1.2% post-Turkish-tax royalty on future production. The EIA is approved, a partial forestry permit has been granted and the operator is advancing an updated technical study.
