Equity Metals earned and received 100% ownership of Arlington in December 2025 after completing C$250,000 of exploration, C$130,000 of cash payments and C$400,000 of share consideration. Origen retains a 2% NSR over the exploration-stage property; Equity Metals may repurchase 1% for C$1 million.
