The Ghana exposure is held through former subsidiary GC Resources, in which Organic Potash now has a minority position after conveying 55% to Mclean Ghana. The historical pilot used licensed technology to process cocoa-husk ash, but the latest MD&A says operations have been on hold since 2016 pending funding.
