Organic Potash and New Commodity Ventures agreed to form a 50:50 venture for licensed potassium-carbonate production in Cote d'Ivoire and later signed an EDF joint-development agreement for an integrated cocoa-waste energy and potash concept. The latest MD&A says neither the joint venture nor the joint development had commenced operations or held assets or liabilities.
