Sandra is a 6,976-hectare Durango joint venture held 60% by Pan American Silver and 40% by Orex. The Boleras deposit has a 2016 inferred silver resource, while reconnaissance drilling has also tested other mineralized corridors. Orex's January 2026 MD&A says the concessions were impaired after both partners made a strategic decision to sell the property, but current issuer materials continue to list Sandra as a retained project.
