Orex Minerals Inc. is a Canadian precious-metals explorer with a 40% joint-venture interest in the Sandra silver-gold project in Durango, Mexico and 100% ownership of the Jumping Josephine gold project in British Columbia. It completed the sale of its former Coneto interest for Silver Viper shares in May 2026 and also holds a 2% NSR on the Barsele gold deposit that Agnico Eagle may purchase for US$5 million.
