OreCorp Limited was an Australian gold developer whose principal asset was the Nyanzaga Gold Project in Tanzania. Perseus Mining acquired OreCorp through a 2024 off-market takeover and compulsory acquisition, after which ORR was removed from the ASX; Nyanzaga is now an 80%-owned Perseus construction project targeting first gold in January 2027.
