The Tepa Gold Project comprises the Mpasaso, Wioso and Ohiapae licences in Ghana’s Sefwi Gold Belt. Ministerial consent was received for assignment of the licences to Orange Minerals’ wholly owned Ghanaian subsidiary, with formal notice and registration processes remaining after the consent announcement.
