Thar Block VI is a 100 percent-owned Pakistan lignite development covered by a 30-year mining lease. Oracle describes more than 1.4 billion tonnes of JORC resource across the lease. The 2012 SRK technical feasibility study used a more detailed 529 million wet tonne study-area resource and a 5 million wet tonne per year open-pit case. A later implementation plan considered a smaller 2.4 million wet tonne per year start, while the current issuer concept contemplates 7.9 million tonnes per year followed by expansion to 16 million tonnes per year. These historical and conceptual cases are not combined. Development remains subject to policy, financing, offtake and a funded consortium or asset transaction.
