Williams is an approximately 11,489-hectare exploration property in the Toodoggone region of north-central British Columbia. Its main GIC prospect contains a drill-confirmed bulk-tonnage gold system with localized higher grades and mineralization traced over more than 750 metres, open along strike and down dip. The package also contains the T-Bill gold prospect and the ROI porphyry-style copper-gold target about two kilometres east of GIC. Omega completed the purchase of CopAur's remaining 49% interest on December 2, 2025 and now owns 100%.
