A pending 80% acquisition covering patented and unpatented claims along roughly seven kilometres of polymetallic shear zones and six historic mines. The historical Conjecture estimate is foreign and non-JORC; a competent person has not done sufficient work to classify it under JORC 2012, and it is uncertain whether further work will allow it to be reported as a JORC-compliant resource or reserve. As reported on 3 September 2026, diamond drill pad preparation and preliminary rock chip and trial soil sampling are underway. Maiden diamond drilling is expected to commence imminently, initially testing the historical Conjecture Mine and Conjecture Shear Zone.
