Quinn is OD6’s 100%-owned fluorspar exploration project in Nevada, comprising 226 mining claims covering approximately 1,890 hectares. Revised mapping and sampling reported on 7 September 2026 expanded the Mammoth target footprint to 14,300 square metres, interpreted as a steeply dipping breccia/stockwork body. Surface channel results include 32m at 24.1% CaF2 at Middle4_Bench, 12m at 42.0% CaF2 at Middle3_Bench, 33m at 15.2% CaF2 at Upper2_Bench and 22m at 20.1% CaF2 at Upper1_Bench. Channel lengths along historic bench walls and exposed areas do not represent true widths. Selective rock chip samples returned up to 78.3% CaF2. The approximately 700-metre Rocket–Big Jim–Spar corridor contains at least four differently oriented structures: Rocket and Big Jim host shallow-dipping veins, while Spar hosts steeply dipping veins along felsic-dyke contacts. Six selective rock or float samples returned at least 97% CaF2; three were reported at 99.9%, including two results top-cut to 99.9%, and Spar returned up to 94.3% CaF2. These selective surface samples are neither representative deposit grades nor drill intercepts. Rocket Upper assays remain pending, and the corridor remains open along strike and at depth; no drilling or Mineral Resource has been reported. The transaction terms include a 2% NSR on future production at Horseshoe, Mammoth and Bonanza, excluding Blue Bell, Cortez and Bruno; applicable state royalties also apply. Future work such as drilling requires US Forest Service permitting.
