Moonshine Springs is an approximately 870-acre Arizona Strip property comprising owned claims, state mineral leases and private fee leases. Nuclear Fuels acquired its claim interests through Belt Line Resources, with enCore retaining 2% royalties on mining claims and 1% royalties on certain leasehold estates. More than 800 historical holes tested three uranium-bearing horizons, but the available work was designed for conventional mining and does not establish ISR feasibility.
