Kaycee is a district-scale uranium exploration property covering a 35-mile trend and more than 430 miles of mapped roll fronts in Wyoming's Powder River Basin. Historical and recent drilling confirms uranium mineralization in three productive sandstone formations, but neither the historical figures nor the current technical-report exploration target is a mineral resource. Nuclear Fuels acquired the property from enCore Energy, which may buy back 51% after specified resource thresholds by paying 2.5 times Nuclear Fuels' exploration expenditures and carrying the project through commercial production on the disclosed recovery terms. Premier American Uranium now funds and manages the project through its wholly owned Nuclear Fuels subsidiary.
