Donlin Gold is a large intrusion-related gold project about 450 kilometres west of Anchorage and 20 kilometres north of Crooked Creek in southwestern Alaska. Donlin Gold LLC holds the project under surface-use and mineral-rights agreements with The Kuskokwim Corporation and Calista Corporation. The current plan is a conventional truck-and-shovel open pit feeding a 53,500-tonne-per-day pressure-oxidation and CIL plant.
