Anita is a contiguous nine-claim, approximately 658-hectare option property west-northwest of the core Lara claims. Historical surface work and 56 holes traced sulphide mineralization for about 2.5 kilometres, with the trend incompletely tested below roughly 300 metres and farther west. Nova has made the initial and amended 2025 payments but must complete the remaining November 2026 consideration to earn 100%.
