Sisson is a feasibility-stage open-pit tungsten-molybdenum project 100 km by road northwest of Fredericton, New Brunswick. Northcliff announced the results of the feasibility study update on August 31, 2026. The updated design uses three-stage crushing, ball mill grinding and flotation to produce separate molybdenum and tungsten concentrates; flotation recovers molybdenum first, followed by bulk sulphides and then tungsten. Northcliff continues to assess the strategic option of producing ammonium paratungstate as market conditions evolve.
