Comstock comprises 24 mineral claims covering about 4,462 hectares in the Nicola Mining District, ten kilometres south of Merritt. The consolidated property contains 33 historical showings and an approximately eight-by-three-kilometre mineralized corridor; modern geophysics and alteration work have refined multiple drill targets, but there is no current mineral resource.
