Prospect Mountain consolidates historic mines and approximately 11 miles of underground workings about six kilometres by road southwest of Eureka, Nevada. North Peak completed its acquisition of the remaining 20% in July 2025 and now owns the project through North Peak Gold LLC, subject to Solarljos' retained 1% NSR. Modern work has defined near-surface Wabash-Williams mineralization, a concealed Hamburg-Dunderberg contact target and a roughly two-kilometre sulphide anomaly, but the property has no current mineral resource or reserve.
