Seigneurie is a 100%-owned Québec exploration property where the 2026 nine-hole, 1,963-metre winter program outlined pegmatite and syenitic pegmatite over at least 1.5 kilometres east-west and 800 metres north-south. Assays from SGN-2026-003 and SGN-2026-007 confirmed narrow niobium, heavy-rare-earth and copper intervals, but no mineral resource has been defined.
