The Yellowknife Gold Project, also called the Morris Lake Property, comprises seven contiguous claims and three mining leases totaling 3,230.99 hectares about 75 kilometres north of Yellowknife. Historical work focused on the Viking Zone and also identified Greenlee, Lucky Lake, Max, East and Whiskers occurrences along a mineralized shear trend. Norse owns all titles, while BEC International retains a 2.5% NSR on the claims and a 1.5% NSR on the leases, half of each royalty being subject to purchase rights.
