Elk Creek is an underground critical-minerals project in Nebraska with a completed 2026 feasibility study covering a 40-year integrated mine and processing operation. The plan produces ferroniobium, scandium trioxide, titanium tetrachloride, neodymium-praseodymium oxide, dysprosium oxide, terbium oxide, SEG carbonate and heavy rare earth carbonate from a single ore body.
