NioCorp Developments Ltd. is developing the wholly owned Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project in southeastern Nebraska. The project is designed to produce niobium, titanium and scandium products, with potential rare-earth oxides under evaluation, and launched construction of its main underground portal in February 2026.
