Pontax North is a 2,756-hectare lithium exploration project in the James Bay region of northern Quebec. The issuer continued to describe the project as owned in July 2026 and stated that a second-phase program was planned. The December 2025 financial statements, however, show the underlying option payments in default and the option-related carrying value impaired, so no completed 100% earn-in is assumed.
